They were very professional & treated me as a nice customer. They weren’t disrespectful or rude. What I had cleaned was done like I needed. They are pricy but everything is nowadays. The new owners are so much better than the last people who owned Lapels. I didn’t care for their service at all.

Got a wash and fold. Staff was kind, laundry came out clean and folded. But it was very pricey. 4$ a lb for a wash and fold is the highest I’ve ever seen
