I haven't been to this laundrymat in years. I must say the place is quiet, neat, clean and smells fresh. I was the only one there at 9 or 10am. My clothes was done and I didn't even know because I was reading. That's how peaceful it was. They had a nice chair for smaller people. They have bench seating with comfy cushions. This is my go to laundrymat now. Honestly, you can go at anytime and it's not crowded.
Lapels always does a fantastic job. Recently they exceeded our expectations by restoring a heavily soiled blazer back to perfect condition. Delivery service is reliable and prompt as well. Highly recommend their services!

It was my first time coming here. I got my brother's small rug dry cleaned here and when I came by to pick up his rug, it was like brand new again!
I went to pick up my pieces and the girl told me my total was $80. I said I left my phone at home but I had a coupon for 15% off. She said sorry I have to see the coupon so I said no worries I’ll be back when I can with the coupon (I get emails ALL the time with coupons so I wasn’t worried about it). I have been a customer of Lapels for about 3 years. Shirts have always been on time, never lost one, never damaged one. I had one complaint related to the charges of a sweatshirt which I don't think was handled particluarly well, but overall, this is a fine and reputable establishment.
