**Update** Lapel did a phenomenal job cleaning my Lauren Ralph Lauren orange blazer. The tiny ink stains were completely gone! I already had confidence they could do it because they consistently provide excellent service, and once again, they exceeded my expectations. Great way to get a huge ruggable washable rug cleaned. Used the Park Road location. Quick turnaround time. Friendly informative staff. Rug looked amazing. We will use this service again!
Do not trust them with your fabrics. They shrunk 2 set of very expensive curtains. When we spoke with the ‘owner’ she said well if they don’t match the rest of the curtains now, you can bring in the rest of them and we can shrink them to match. What ?! There was no caution from the location that the fabrics could shrink. Also charged us for dry cleaning but I suspect they were laundered. Not even an offer for a refund. Unbelievable
Amazing knowledge, especially of cleaning fire/water damaged clothing! We just lost everything to a huge fire here in Charlotte. - 12 families with nothing but the clothes on our backs..thank GOD, nobody was physically harmed 🙏! Was able to gget to a stack of soaking, wire damaged & ready to mold shirts, sweatshirt, jackets. Advised to toss, I was incredibly blessed to find Norge/Labels! In 1 day, my garments are good as new!! VERY blessed & SO grateful!
I don’t recommend. No quality control or support. Over the course of a year of using Lapel’s have had several shirts pick up stains while being dry cleaned from other garments or dirt on the cleaning surface. Typically the stains came out with a redo, except the last time I used Lapels. I had white pants come back with black stains. When I sent them back for a redo, the plant obliterated the fabric and “melted” the stain spreading it further into the pants.
