Great service! I’ve been coming here for the usual dress shirts and skirts. I brought in an evening gown that had a stain on it. A different dry cleaner tried twice and could not get it off. They not only did it but also had a quick turn around. 👍🏼👍🏼

I like Lapels because it offers a wider variety of high quality services all at a fair price (and they offer promos). If I need to just do laundry I can use their wash/dry service. If I'd rather go "wash and fold" they offer that too; and for my dry cleaning they take care of that too and even offer pick up and delivery. You cannot beat Lapels

We needed fast recovery service from an illness we had and Alka was on top of the whole situation and had our cleaning needs done immediately in three hours time. It was unbelievably good. They are the best.

Last night I went to Lapels to pick up my laundry , I was the only person there. As I walked out of the laundromat with my laundry bag the man pictured in the photo walked up to me with no shirt on, sweaty and was loud so I jumped because I was scared being that a random man with no shirt on walked up to me in the dark - that would be the normal reaction of any female. He got upset with my reaction and started cursing me out and yelling at me, telling me how he was offended because I got scared and he started babbling a bunc... read more

Worst experience I’ve had in a long time with a dry cleaner. Part of me wonders whether my items were simply put onto a hanger rather than cleaned seeing as none of my garments even had any signs or markers that they’d been cleaned. Usually there’s a number or piece of paper stapled to the garments. None of mine did nor were any of the stains removed. Will not be returning and if I had time I’d go back and demand a refund.
