I tried using the service while I’m staying in town at the Hilton. I will say dropping off was very easy, but unfortunately you didn’t know the cost or the prices of anything until you picked up. I also was not happy with how quickly they had turnaround service because I dropped my clothes off Tuesday and didn’t get them back until Friday after four. These guys were fantastic! I thought I would be completely intimidated by the computerized format, but it was actually quite easy. But what was REALLY wonderful was the work they did on preserving my daughter‘s wedding dress and my wedding dress, that was stained and 38 years old! This was not done through the computerized system they use with regular cleaning but with an attendant, that was extremely helpful.
