Do not recommend this place for wedding dress cleaning and pressing. I brought mine there. Had to bring it back a second time and it is still dirty and completely wrinkled, after paying $300 for it. The lady at the Brentwood store, Debbie, was super sweet and as helpful as she could be, but wherever they send the dress to can’t seem to do a proper job on this type of garment. Great easy place to have cleaning done. Automatic and convenient. I’m not sure how the machine knows which clothes are mine but it delivered mine onto the rack for me to pick up. Very cool!

I had a question about shirt pricing and processing, and Chris, the manager, took the time to give a very thorough and thoughtful explanation. He was professional, patient, and clearly cares about treating garments properly rather than cutting corners. His explanation was far more detailed than I expected, and I really appreciated the transparency and follow-up.
