My experience was unfortunate. I repeatedly told the girl who waited on me that my dress was brand new, did not need to be dry cleaned, and should only be steamed. When I received the dress, rhinestones were either loose or totally missing from the dress. These guys are top-notch! They have my suit ready a day earlier than they said it would be ready. The lady upfront was extremely nice! I highly recommend lapels for your dry cleaning and pressing needs.
If I could give this place a zero stars, I would. First off my husband did drop some clothing off in August, him being new to the business and personal life things happening and then the hurricane he didn’t get around to picking it up and due to his work schedule. So recently we have made attempts to pick it up with employees not telling us that clothes had been donated. We are talking of Harley Davidson shirts well into $100 or more. I brought my white coat in because it had some spots due to clinical and I am pleased with the outcome. The young lady in the front was efficient and came to greet me at the desk immediately.
