My experience was unfortunate. I repeatedly told the girl who waited on me that my dress was brand new, did not need to be dry cleaned, and should only be steamed. When I received the dress, rhinestones were either loose or totally missing from the dress. I'm hoping I can save others a trip. This location is now closed on Saturdays. You will not find this reflected on their Google site nor will you find it reflected on their website.
These guys are top-notch! They have my suit ready a day earlier than they said it would be ready. The lady upfront was extremely nice! I highly recommend lapels for your dry cleaning and pressing needs.
