Excellent customer service at front desk! I needed same day service and they came through for me with a smile! The price was reasonable. I don’t have much dry cleaning needs but when I do I’m going to Lapels!!
Glad I found this place. Other cleaners in Waltham take one week or MORE! I don't have that kind of time for work clothes. Lapels promised 3 days, but it was completed in 2! And the experience was easy - they have the technology to notify you via text - everyone else is behind. So 5 stars - clean, efficient, modern, fast
A+++ Service. My Sister moved up her wedding. I was so nervous. They were kind and were able to fit me in and dry clean my suit before the wedding. I will be back for all my future dry cleaning needs! 10/10 would definitely recommend!!!
Lapel's service has been wonderful and especially our driver Brian goes the extra mile to be accommodating.
They did a great job on cleaning and pressing my blouse. I just wish they had later hours on Saturdays and maybe one weekday evening.
