I went to Lapels with one Spring Jacket and a small black dress to dry clean, the front desk took the items and gave me a receipt of my items with no price which I am not used to. In America you want to see your prices upfront, which made me believe that he was up to something. Three days later I went to pick up the clothes, the guy went in the computer and printed out a $5 rebate's ticket and handed it to me for next time's service but still no idea of how much I was going to pay for the present service.
