My partner dropped off a suit, couple dress shirts and pants. When we picked it up everything had shrunk by at least one full size, everything is ruined. You take things to the dry cleaners so they can be properly treated and cleaned. Who knows what temperature they use, and they clearly don’t read the care instructions or else the items wouldn’t have been damaged. They have lost my trust. Will never come here again, and I don’t recommend anyone to either.
A+++ Service. My Sister moved up her wedding. I was so nervous. They were kind and were able to fit me in and dry clean my suit before the wedding. I will be back for all my future dry cleaning needs! 10/10 would definitely recommend!!!
Labels is great! Professional, friendly, and timely. We are always VERY happy with Lapels.
Be careful! When you drop off your shirts they do not give you the print for the estimate and when you wanna pick up you see they increased the price of couple shirts twice 8 dollars instead of 4 dollars. This is not fair. They lost their credit in front of my eyes by doing this. They lose me as their next customer.
Very professional, excellent pricing. An unnamed North Waltham cleaners charged me $30 for the same service Lapels charged me $13.50. My new go-to place now, thank you
