Took my husband's shirt here on 3 occasions and they could not get the stain out. Took it to Fresh N Clean and in one shot, had the stain out! Nice people at Lapels, but who's ever in the back attempting to do their job is failing - not to mention all the broken buttons and tears in my husband's shirt collars? No thanks! I'm all set - regardless of the credit and the do - overs! Sorry guys - the manager and the desk people are super sweet, but I'm taking my business elsewhere! :(
