Talk about above and beyond! Went to have my suit cleaned for my son’s Navy graduation. Came to pick it up and a brass button had come off during the cleaning process. The gentleman was kind enough to fix it and never charged me for the cleaning! My daughter also had to have a lot taken in for her suit as shes’s tiny and he did an absolutely amazing job! Fit her perfectly 🥰 Will definitely be going back to him for everything from now on! Lapels is the best!!!!

I didn’t know one could be so happy with their dry cleaning experience! I’ve been a customer of Lapels for about 6 months and have been delighted with each experience - dry cleaning, tailoring, etc. The service level is top notch and the prices are incredibly reasonable. I’ve referred several friends who don’t even live in Dedham and will continue to spread the word!
Great dry cleaner and tailor. They always do a good job and at a great price too. Appreciate that when my children come with me they are always welcomed (and I'm asked if they can have a lollipop). So glad to have this business nearby.
