Excellent Experience! Walking into the store I was greeted by a smiling face. The lady at the counter was kind, helpful, and generally pleasant. I dropped my garments off on Wednesday and was told they would be done on Friday. On Thursday I got a text telling me that my garments were done! When I got my dry cleaning back, it was perfectly pressed. This is my new Dry Cleaner. Speed, quality, and communications, all for a fair price for service. What more could a consumer ask for? I am VERY pleased with the excellent service from Lapels. I brought in 5 new school uniform shirts that needed to be washed and ironed. I used the drive thru and it was very convenient for dropping off and picking up. Customer Service was excellent! I will use Lapels services again.
They did a very good job on the articles of clothing that i brought them. My dress pants were pressed well. I will be bringing more of my dress cloths to them.
The service at Lapels is beyond what I have expected. The staff is very friendly, nice, and efficient. They have had my clothes ready before the promised day whenever I have used them. The cost is reasonable and well earned. I would definitely recommend them!
They are super friendly and the service is great. My comforter was ready in 2 days. 😁 I will definitely be back this week. I am ditching the ironing board & iron, no more ironing for me🤣 Let's just say yall will see me alot🤣
