I was nervous to bring my wedding dress in to ANYONE bc I have heard horror stories or bad experiences elsewhere. But they were so nice and did an amazing job on my dreas. I will definitely be using Lapels for future needs.
I like the location of the building. The Owner was polite, friendly and very welcoming. I appreciate the fact that my clothed were ready as scheduled. Very nice job. I would highly recommend customers to come there.
I dropped off two pairs of dress pants, expecting them to be ready for pick-up next week. Two days later, I received a text informing me they were ready! Great service deserves recognition and reward!!! Lapels truly exceeded my expectations!
This place is great. They did an amazing job on my clothes and the Owners Mike and Kelly are both very friendly and all of the staff is very nice as well. I will definitely be back and additionally, the place is immaculately clean.I recommend this place to all of my friends and family. Definitely the best dry cleaner I have been to
The cashier older lady can’t work the register properly. We came to pick up our order of almost $160.00 Told her first thing we need to use a different card she ran payment on card on file before she said oh I don’t know how to change it I have to run it let it decline then take other payment. It wasn’t because we didn’t have the money on the card it’s that we wanted to use a different card that day. We still left another order but it will definitely be our last one.
