Excellent Experience! Walking into the store I was greeted by a smiling face. The lady at the counter was kind, helpful, and generally pleasant. I dropped my garments off on Wednesday and was told they would be done on Friday. On Thursday I got a text telling me that my garments were done! When I got my dry cleaning back, it was perfectly pressed. This is my new Dry Cleaner. Speed, quality, and communications, all for a fair price for service. What more could a consumer ask for? Lapel’s is the best place in Houma for your dry cleaning needs. Affordable, fast, and friendly. Will definitely be returning. Never had to use a dry cleaner before. They did an amazing job on my sons JROTC uniform.
Friendly, courteous, and professional service. My item was ready when they told me it would be, I love the item ready notification via email. The price was reasonable, they did great job on my formal gown. Scale of 1-10 I'd give them a 10 for sure, I will be doing more business with Lapels Cleaners in the future.
Great service. I called close to closing time and a gentleman was nice and courteous on the phone. Came the next day to drop off items, lady was nice and welcoming. This was my first time having anything dry cleaned and she explained that some items should also get washed and dry cleaned. I had 8 items, all JROTC uniforms and a suit. Turnaround time was quick! The service at Lapels is beyond what I have expected. The staff is very friendly, nice, and efficient. They have had my clothes ready before the promised day whenever I have used them. The cost is reasonable and well earned. I would definitely recommend them!
