I had a wonderful experience with this dry cleaning service! The customer service was friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. My items were ready quickly, and the turnaround time was impressively efficient. I especially appreciated that they stay open until 6:00 PM—it made it so much easier to stop by after work. It’s clear they truly value their customers’ time and convenience. I will absolutely be returning and highly recommend them!
Had a great first time experience! The staff were very patient and coorperative with my garments because they were traditional Indian clothes which is something new to the Lapels team. They consulted with each other before giving me a confident answer that they can dry clean my items which I truly appreciate. Awesome place! Environment was great, extremely clean and friendly staff as well! Highly recommend!! I dropped off a comforter expecting it to take a week but to my surprise got an email 2 hours later that my comforter was done! Amazing customer service!
This place is great. They did an amazing job on my clothes and the Owners Mike and Kelly are both very friendly and all of the staff is very nice as well. I will definitely be back and additionally, the place is immaculately clean.I recommend this place to all of my friends and family. Definitely the best dry cleaner I have been to
