Excellent Experience! Walking into the store I was greeted by a smiling face. The lady at the counter was kind, helpful, and generally pleasant. I dropped my garments off on Wednesday and was told they would be done on Friday. On Thursday I got a text telling me that my garments were done! When I got my dry cleaning back, it was perfectly pressed. This is my new Dry Cleaner. Speed, quality, and communications, all for a fair price for service. What more could a consumer ask for? I am VERY pleased with the excellent service from Lapels. I brought in 5 new school uniform shirts that needed to be washed and ironed. I used the drive thru and it was very convenient for dropping off and picking up. Customer Service was excellent! I will use Lapels services again.
Friendly, courteous, and professional service. My item was ready when they told me it would be, I love the item ready notification via email. The price was reasonable, they did great job on my formal gown. Scale of 1-10 I'd give them a 10 for sure, I will be doing more business with Lapels Cleaners in the future.
This place is great. They did an amazing job on my clothes and the Owners Mike and Kelly are both very friendly and all of the staff is very nice as well. I will definitely be back and additionally, the place is immaculately clean.I recommend this place to all of my friends and family. Definitely the best dry cleaner I have been to
Great service. I called close to closing time and a gentleman was nice and courteous on the phone. Came the next day to drop off items, lady was nice and welcoming. This was my first time having anything dry cleaned and she explained that some items should also get washed and dry cleaned. I had 8 items, all JROTC uniforms and a suit. Turnaround time was quick! I was given a 48-turnaround time estimate. Dropped off items on a Wednesday around 12pm and got an email the very next day around 1pm that my items were ready for pick... read more
