I had all of my top teeth removed and it was a painless experience. Both doctor and assistant continuously asked if I was ok during the procedure and I was surprised at how quickly the work was completed. Would definitely recommend, especially if you are a nervous patient service. Staff are so friendly and really know their job. I am a nervous patient. But was immediately put at ease. Would definitely recommend

Totally unprofessional and disrespectful team. Waited for my appointment for half a year, just for the office cancel on me a month prior…! They did not even made an effort to keep the promise, just bailed! Ignorant stuff that does nothing for the patients, refuse to work and failed to manage internal affairs… if u get appointment here - that means NOTHING! Be cautious. I loved the solution they gave me for my child's teeth. Other orthodontic clinics had told me that Invisalign was not a practical solution and she needed to remove four teeth...Lapointe instead told me exactly the contrary...moral of the story: we saved 4 teeth of my child and we spent much less for the all process.
