I called to ask if I could start a dental procedure since my regular clinic is closed until August. The person who answered said their offices were closed too, yet still took the call. I explained that I just needed to get started even just a check-up or something to begin the process but she said they had nothing available and didn’t offer any kind of help. It felt dismissive and like they weren’t interested in assisting at all. Not a good first impression.
Had an amazing experience today. The hygienist was excellent 👌 Diudalise was so gentle and friendly! Overall excellent service 👍👍
