I am going on two years of seeing Lacey, I honestly look forward to speaking to her; she remembers my history and even my family members names! She does not rush our appointments and takes time to listen to me. She gives a lot of good advice for other ways to cope or how to handle situations differently. I don’t feel like just another number on her patient list, she has great manners too. She’s very responsive to messages and honestly has a true genuine care for what she does. I’m very thankful for her.
I'd say get a new person to schedule visits, for someone already not in a good mental state and they just were very rude I just hung up.
Lacey is truly amazing! She is such a great support system to have and truly cares about you as well as your care! She is your biggest cheerleader. She listens and is there for you. I could truly go on and on but, she is the best! You will be in amazing and excellent hands!
