She was absolutely fantastic. this was my second time seeing her and she was so kind and gentle and she listened to everything i had to say and provided me with the best personal care she could. i would definitely recommend her especially if you’re someone who’s nervous around new people or if you just need some genuine love and understanding for your ailment
My husband was seen by LaRhonda yesterday for a viral infection. We found her very kind, friendly and informative. She answered all of our questions and offered helpful tips and ideas. He felt very cared for. We will return here if we have any further urgent care needs.
I had a very nice experience with LaRonda James. She was very pleasant, professional, took her time to explain everything. Very refreshing when things are always fast paced. Took very good care of me. I will definitely go back when needed.
My whole family loves her. She is so pleasant and extremely thorough. She always take time to explain. She’s even drawn out images to explain things to my 6yr old daughter. My standoffish 15yr old son is completely comfortable talking to her about personal and mental health issues. That is a very big deal for him. We trust and appreciate her care. She’s awesome!
Provider was very good and thoughtful. Definitely concerned about patient care rather than anything. It was a misunderstanding with pharmacy but provider called and verified the mix up when most doctors wouldn’t even care but she cared enough to call and correct me and the pharmacy. She’s also seen my kids a few times more than me and I’ve always liked how she treated my kids and myself even if she didn’t have the equipment she pointed us in the right direction!! 5/5 for her, thank you so much:)
