Product is fine. Experience is something entirely different. Grumpy attitude and hands off approach making for a hands on experience for the home owner. Pool remodel started 8 months ago and this is where we stand. Also, City of Orlando gets Zero stars
Update still not done. Sept 1 2025 start, Current view July 16 2026. This was a simple pool remodel. New deck, plumbing to pool and surface finish. Highly recommend using anyone else for your pool.
We had a great experience from start to finish! The team really took the time to understand what we wanted and helped us create a backyard that fits our lifestyle perfectly. They were professional, knowledgeable, and kept us informed throughout the entire process. The attention to detail and quality of the work truly exceeded our expectations. From the very beginning, Larry, Julie & their entire crew were "hands on", professional and very efficient. We are still amazed at how quickly the entire project was completed. In just 8 short weeks we were enjoying our beautiful pool, just as Larry had predicted! In addition, there were no issue along the way. The inspectors all raved about Larry's quality as well.
