We had Larry's install our pool last year and are very happy with it. When we researched pool installers everyone we talked to recommended them. There was a bit of a wait because they only do 50 pools a year but it was well worth it!
This is the second pool we have had Larry’s built for us. The reason we used them the second time around was because of the awesome product and price we received with our first pool. The second time around seemed even better! Very knowledgeable, fantastic product, and reasonable price. I would highly recommend BRUCE and Kyle and their organization.
We recently decided that after waiting for a few years that it was time to purchase a new spa/hot tub. We visited Larry's Pool & Spa on Midland Dr. in Ogden Ut. and they showed us different options and answered all of our questions. the reason for a 2 star is the lack of communication. I have been having issues with my sand filter (I have to backwash it every 2 days as the pressure skyrockets) and I have called Larry’s pool 5 times. I have left 4 messages (no call back from any of the messages) and one time got thru to a person. The person who answered the phone could not help me and promised that I would get a call back Wednesday, it’s Friday and I have yet to receive a call back. Last year my pool emptied itself. I spent months trying to find someone who could help me. Most places wouldn't even take on new business. Larry's Pool & Spa was the only company I could get to come take a look. I can't say enough good things about these guys. They did everything they said they would. They were extremely reasonable to work with. They were fast and professional. They installed a new liner and tested my plumbing. Thank you guys!
