Amazing experience with this company. Zack Anderson was my foreman and he met and exceeded every time line. This was a big project starting with removing an antiquated screen room and cement slab. Now I have a wonderful heated pool with a new screen room, pavers and fascia. All of the project specialists on this job were friendly and professional.

Let me just say LarsEn's pool exceeded our expectations. The first person I spoke to while seeking quotes was the owner, Eric. I knew from that first conversation that Larson's would be a contender. Dan from sales was awesome! The quote came on a one-sided page with no small print. He really took the time to really understand what we were looking for. Dearest Larsen’s, I want to scream from the rooftops about how absolutely incredible your entire team is. We found you off of a Facebook yard sale group. Someone recommended you and about 20 people posted agreeing with that persons amazing shining review. We met with Adam who helped to bring our designing dreams to life. Larsen did a great job with us during the design process. Adam spent a lot of time with us to ensure everything was how we liked it and we never felt pressured. We had a problem with our aluminum roof post construction and Larsen sent out a contractor to make it right, even though it wasn't their work. We are very satisfied and love our pool.

We had an excellent experience with Larsen’s. From the initial design meeting to the completion the entire Larsen’s team was top notch to deal with. Adam was patient and knowledgeable during the design process and Zach was excellent throughout construction. All questions were answered promptly and we always felt that our concerns were addressed quickly and with our happiness with the end product in mind. The office staff was also great to deal with. We will not hesitate to recommend Larsen’s!

We began researching for a pool installation about a year ago. What was most important was communication, trust, quality workmanship and quality built product and meeting the customer's needs. The entire Larsen's family, from design with Adam to our site manager (Zach) to our "pool school" guys (John and Justin) to the office representatives (Molly and Rhonda), they are all outstanding!! I must have been screaming money when I walked in. I live in Seminole Heights with a smaller yard. I inquired about a small pool for ambiance and to cool off (12X12ish). I didn’t ask for any fancy bells and whistles. I was guessing around 24-28k and Joe quoted me 43k without a spa and 53k with! That’s a little high for a small pool in my opinion.
