This is what I was worried about. I was worried that if I didn’t jump on buying a home quickly instead of taking my time, The sales people would get dismissive! as they did. The community was simply beautiful, and I love it because it still has that country flair, also the Model is what I am looking for, it has gas stove, with the option to add my double oven, and since my mother will be living with us, the floor plan of the model was perfect, and the agent was awesome, once I sell my home we will be purchasing in Sunnyvale, looking forward to see you soon!
