My experience was great from the time I checked in. I didn't have to wait long at all. The registration ladies were nice and friendly. Yvonne the dental assistant to Dr. Haslam was so kind & friendly to me. Dr. Haslam was phenomenal and gentle and explained the whole root canal procedure to me. He's super professional and great at his job. Definitely recommend their office to everyone in need of dental services. Great job team.
Superb experience, from the warm, friendly welcome all the way through to the expert care by Dr. Haslam and Alicia, his assistant. I had no pain, and the root canal experience was the smoothest of any I have had, including several performed elsewhere in the past. The office is easily accessible and has plenty of parking. I had a root canal done yesterday and honestly could not have asked for a better experience. The office is clean, modern, and equipped with truly state-of-the-art technology, which immediately put me at ease. From the moment I arrived, everyone was friendly, professional, and reassuring. The procedure itself was completely painless and surprisingly quick—about 30 minutes from start to finish. Appointment started right on time. Dr. Miner and staff performed a difficult root canal and temporary crown. I’m very happy with the results. Dr. Miner called later in the day to follow up on my procedure. How awesome is that?
They have a very friendly staff. The endodontist was a very thorough doctor, explained the procedure, gave me a heads up as to what to expect and had my root canal completed on time and I was in fine shape. I would go back to this practice as they are very cordial, very professional and they do quality work.
