Wow this was a truly professional experience. The staff was efficient and knowledgeable. Dr Miner was great and he jumped right in to get the root canal done and explained everything to me carefully and clearly. I was expecting this to be a two hour adventure and it took less than an hour. Nice to have this office in Las Cruces
Great experience! All the staff was friendly and efficient - front and technical staff. They explained as they did the x-rays. The Dr. I saw explained what was on them and options on how we could proceed. I felt that my concerns were heard and valued. We came up with a plan and time line. A+ The office itself was designed to make you feel relaxed before a procedure with different types of comfortable furniture and lots of light - very nice.
This group of professionals are incredible at what they do. Las cruces is lucky to have them. Dr. Haslam is gentle, kind , answers all questions and communicates every detail . I have continued to ask my dentist to refer me to this provider when their services are required. Office staff is great too. Friendly and professional.
What a fabulous experience! I was there due to being in extreme pain from a cracked tooth. The office was courteous, went out of their way to get me a same day appointment for evaluation. Dr Miner was so compassionate and caring in his evaluation! Even though my issue was outside of the scope of his practice, he made sure I was comfortable and an immediate referral was made to complete my care. I highly recommend the practice.
I was incredibly impressed with the care I received from this provider. The office staff got me in next day - it was not an emergency situation. They verified my insurance prior and the endodontist (Dr. Haslam) discussed what and how the treatment would occur. He showed me the films and why it was necessary to have a root canal.
