Dr. Bryce Haslam, front office personnel, and the technical assistants were all above my expectations. My procedure was clearly explained with visuals and narrative to make it understandable for those of us that are not dental experts. The office was bright and welcoming. A root canal is not anyone looks forward to having but I am glad to have the expertise and excellent doctor/patient facility in our city.
My experience was great from the time I checked in. I didn't have to wait long at all. The registration ladies were nice and friendly. Yvonne the dental assistant to Dr. Haslam was so kind & friendly to me. Dr. Haslam was phenomenal and gentle and explained the whole root canal procedure to me. He's super professional and great at his job. Definitely recommend their office to everyone in need of dental services. Great job team.
Went to see Dr. Haslam and Alysia and had the best visit. I was so scared because previous root canals were so painful. Alysia took me in and explained everything and when Dr. Haslam came in to do the evaluation and surgery, he told me exactly what he was going to do. It was so quick and painless. He did a neat trick where he would move my cheek so I wouldn’t feel the prick of the needle for the anesthesia. Highly recommend if you’re scared of dentist or root canals. Very nice office. First time going to the Endodontist here in Cruces and felt super confident and comfortable with Dr. Miner and his staff. I really liked Dr Miners chair side manner. He has a very calming way that put me at ease. The staff who answered the phone when I first called was very nice and the same when I got to the office. They got me in quickly and already have procedure scheduled.
Superb experience, from the warm, friendly welcome all the way through to the expert care by Dr. Haslam and Alicia, his assistant. I had no pain, and the root canal experience was the smoothest of any I have had, including several performed elsewhere in the past. The office is easily accessible and has plenty of parking. Highly recommended for your consideration.
