Great experience! All the staff was friendly and efficient - front and technical staff. They explained as they did the x-rays. The Dr. I saw explained what was on them and options on how we could proceed. I felt that my concerns were heard and valued. We came up with a plan and time line. A+ The office itself was designed to make you feel relaxed before a procedure with different types of comfortable furniture and lots of light - very nice.
I was incredibly impressed with the care I received from this provider. The office staff got me in next day - it was not an emergency situation. They verified my insurance prior and the endodontist (Dr. Haslam) discussed what and how the treatment would occur. He showed me the films and why it was necessary to have a root canal. Incredibly friendly and personable staff from start to finish! Dr Miner does exceptional work, always. He makes you feel at ease and comfortable the entire time. THE BEST!
So gentle. After I got numb, I felt nothing, which is fantastic. Nice, clean office. Staff is friendly, polite, and presentable. Dr Haslam is awesome. I wouldn't want anyone else doing another root canal for me. Excellent job.
Dr. Haslam and Karen work like a ballet! They work in tandem passing tools and reassuring the patient. Dr. Haslam sat with me and showed me the issue as displayed on the large screen I could easily see. My issue was complex, and they did not make it seem so. The communication was incredibly reassuring. The work was done efficiently and painlessly…other than the initial “pinches” from the anesthetic shots. If you need a root canal, go here!
