I was very nervous during my 1st root canal procedure I just wanted to jump out of the chair a few times, but I appreciated how calming and knowledgeable Dr. Haslam and team were…soft soothing voices among them and relaxing music helped keep me grounded. Procedure was painless after receiving numbing agent to gums and anesthetic injections. Everything was explained before, during, after procedure…no surprises Thank you for saving my tooth and appreciate your patience and kindness 😊
The girls in the front were professional and friendly. The most amazing treatment I have received as a patient. The girls in front were very friendly and professional. Dr Bryce and his assistant were amazing he explained everything he was going to do. The music they were playing while doing my procedure made the space a happy space. On a scale of 1-10, this office and everyone I dealt with deserves a 20. I would get 10 root canals here if I had to.
Dr. Miner is the best. He has such a caring demeanor, is patient and explains everything so well. His staff was very friendly and efficient. I needed to be evaluated quickly and they were able to get me in, in 24 hours. Thank you for taking such great care of me.
The desk staff were very friendly and professional. The wait time between when I arrived and until the completion of the appointment was minimal. Dr. Miner and his assistant Maria were both very personable and put me at ease before and during the root canal procedure. I would highly recommend Las Cruces Endodontics. I am very appreciative for their high quality of care.
The office is very calm and quiet, which I love. No posters trying to sell you other procedures. No TV filing the place with noise. The staff is friendly and efficient. The doctor has a very gentle, calming manner and makes you feel like you are in very capable hands. I haven't a bad thing to say.
