I was incredibly impressed with the care I received from this provider. The office staff got me in next day - it was not an emergency situation. They verified my insurance prior and the endodontist (Dr. Haslam) discussed what and how the treatment would occur. He showed me the films and why it was necessary to have a root canal. I was very impressed with my visit to Las Cruces Endodontics. I was in pain, and they managed to schedule me in very quickly. The entire staff was professional and thorough. Dr. Haslam was especially great—he has a fantastic bedside manner, put me at ease, and clearly explained every step of the procedure. My only disappointment was that I couldn't use my Medicare Advantage dental benefits, as they don't accept that insurance. It is the only reason I may need to consult with another endodontist in the future.
So gentle. After I got numb, I felt nothing, which is fantastic. Nice, clean office. Staff is friendly, polite, and presentable. Dr Haslam is awesome. I wouldn't want anyone else doing another root canal for me. Excellent job.
Dr. Haslam and Karen work like a ballet! They work in tandem passing tools and reassuring the patient. Dr. Haslam sat with me and showed me the issue as displayed on the large screen I could easily see. My issue was complex, and they did not make it seem so. The communication was incredibly reassuring. The work was done efficiently and painlessly…other than the initial “pinches” from the anesthetic shots. If you need a root canal, go here!
The staff members at Las Cruces Endodontics are friendly and efficient. Dr. Miner and his tech assistant were courteous and professional, working flawlessly as a team to ensure my root canal procedure was a success. I highly recommend this practice.
