The appointment for lab was totally positive since the personnel to take the blood and other tests were really friendly and professional, I always have the same good experience

Las Mercedes Medical Center is not providing the medical assistance to our elderly parents as they should. It has been a nightmare dealing with this provider. My mother has been emergency clinic twice. After begging the Rheumatologist finally decided to see her after canceling her appointment due to labs been late. My sick mother in need of physical assistance was seen by this specialist and no providing any assistance to her pain (Osteoarthritis). Inefficient and unorganized. Patients have to wait several months for appointments and they are not given the option to choose dates or times to see their doctors.
