The administrator needs to contact us when we leave her messages. They always say that she is in a meeting and she says that she will call back and she never calls back. But when I go to the clinic she is always walking around. Not really good for someone that has been there such a short time. I had the same issue at the last Clinic. Seems like Cuban owned clinics and their staff aren't trained properly. Seems like that's the only choices we have here in Miami. Took my grandma here for an appointment, the place is very clean and the staff is super friendly and professional. The clinic administrator, Mrs. Lagoa did a great job in answering any questions and concerns we had and making her feel at home. Will definitely come back.
