DO NOT take your loved ones to Clinica Las Mercedes. Ever since they took over from Pasteur, this place has become an absolute nightmare. The level of incompetence and disorganization is mind-blowing. My father is elderly and needs reliable care. Instead, we are dealing with canceled appointments without notice, unconfirmed transportation, and staff that has absolutely no idea what is going on.
