I need to make a frank review regarding the company Latham pools, which supplied a fiberglass pool installed in September 2024, with the misleading advertising that the pool is so strong that it can withstand gunshots. Well: in September 2024 there was already a HOLE in the gelcoat, and it took them 1 month to come and "fix" it, and the pool had to be emptied, shored up, repaired and filled again and the water treated. Bought liner , installed it , filled pool with water , liner ripped 2 days later. Contacted Latham and they denied any wrong doing and sent me a denial letter. Said it was caused by outside forces.

I have one of your semi-solid covers and the thing sags so bad that I have to tighten it every other week if not every week. Your warranty is also useless since it won't cover a hole or fade or degradation. What's the purpose of offering a warranty if you don't cover anything? I spent almost 3k last year on your cover and it was a waste of money that I can't get back. The cover has only been used one season and has just been placed on for its second. I bought a liner from Lantham pool products. They failed to stand behind the warranty. The liner was defected and formed huge wrinkles in less than a year. They refused to help me in Amy way! I sent pictures ans documentation and they just referred me to the installer. I have both 2liners from him and he said several of the liners manufatured during that time were defective but the company won't help the customers. How can they be an A- company. Terrible customer service.
