My goodness, I have not been in an establishment where everyone I came in contact with was so kind. I was treated with excellent service. And the warm smiles are truly amazing. He certainly thinks he’s one of the best dentists in Houston. He touts his expensive AI-assisted diagnostic, and on-site capabilities. Everyone was easy to work with. Explained everything to where I could understand. You can tell how confident Dr. Laughlin is. I haven't been to dentist for awhile. I was really amazed at much technology has come along. If you need crowns I think they can make them in office almost while you wait.
I wanted to come on here to express my gratitude with this dental group. My mom has been to many dentists and has had many negative experiences. She is very happy with the work that she received and the treatment that was given to her was five stars. Top-tier employees and top-tier service! Spending thousands of dollars is not easy for a retired woman on a fixed income. Thank you so much for taking care of my senior Latina mom, she won’t stop talking about you people!
I have been going to see Dr. Laughlin for over 25 years. The staff is excellent and very caring. They listen to you. During a procedure that are constantly asking how are you doing to make sure you’re all right. The office is very clean and well maintained. He is always using the latest technology and dental care as well.
