Dr. Laura Maw , is a delighfull , compassionate physician I look forward to our visits via/ telehealth every month. She does every thing in her power to provide excellent care . Very kind and knowledgeable. I appreciate that she encourages participation in the health care process rather than dictates what the patient must do. It's nice to have that trust and ownership over my own health.

A family member has been seeing her through telehealth. Her most recent appointment was 2/28/24. It was zoom appointment as usual. My family member never received the emailed link for the 3pm appointment from assistant, Jaymie, until 11pm, 8 hrs after the scheduled appointment. I have a screenshot proving the invite to zoom was 8 hrs late.
