My children have been seeing Dr. Neustater since birth. They are now almost 16 and 13. She always takes the time to listen to your concerns. She makes the kids feel comfortable and always has a smile on her face. She is really great about calling you back if you call with a question. She will also call to check on your children if they are sick. She calls with lab results and testing results. She is very thorough. We love her!
I have had my Daughters going to Dr. Neustater since they were babies. I wish I could go to her as she is such a great doctor, very knowledgeable and calm. My Girls always had stress with needles and blood drawn, but she made them comfortable and relaxed. She diagnosed my youngest with scoliosis and thank God she did because it was very serious and I missed it! They are adults now, we will miss her. Thank you Dr. Neustater for all the great care you have given my girls. All the best to you!!!
Dr. Neustater is the BEST pediatrician in Fort Lauderdale. She is extremely experienced, knowledgeable, and kind! She is very easy to make appointments with and takes the time to address all of my questions and concerns. I have called her multiple times in my child's first year of life, and she has called me back each and every time (no matter how silly the question). I don't know what we'd do without her!
Dr Neustater is an amazing doctor for my daughter. It is so easy to make an appointment to see her, you don't have to wait days like other doctors. When you are in her office she gives attention to you and your child's needs. And when you have a quick question you can call the office and within the hour you will get a call back with an answer, bonus its the doctor herself calling you back. This is so important to me, so thank you Dr Neustater for being so available.
I've been going to Dr. Neustater for 21 years she is the absolute best. I'm going to be very sad when I can no longer see her
She is absolutely lovely. It's nice when you can go to the doctor and have a pleasant experience. In and out within 45 minutes.
we told him we weren’t comfortable because of the ER visit and he simply said.. It’s TRIAL and ERROR.. following that comment he made another obscene comment about my daughters soft spot in the back of her head saying it should have closed at the time and had the neuro surgeon there and he looked just as confused as we did.. although he had a mask on you could see the expression in his eyes.. following that appointment we contacted the hospital regarding this matter..
