Loving Laurel Pines Laurel Pines is a cute friendly community across the street from the Shops at White Oaks. Many of the residents who call Laurel Pines home have been here for up to 20 years. The new owners and management have made many repairs in the last 9 months and the staff works hard to keep everything looking and feeling good. Apartments are spacious and the location is wonderful. Relaxing These apartments are calm for the few months I have been here already I could tell that I can just go on my balcony and just take everything in. From the landlord to our neighbors they have been nothing but nice

Just Keeping It Real.... I love my apartment, besides some minor issues that I believe can be resolved. The apartments have many different floorplans; that are very spacious. The maintenance team has been very helpful & they make sure they get issues resolved before close(office). Now for why my rate is average. Guest have to park by rental office. I pay my rent & still have not been able to utilize the pool(has not been opened since summer of 2014), fitness center has not been opened, there's really nowhere for kids to play... read more

Took our money Me and my boyfriend did a application for this place and they would never get back to us on the status of the application we always had to call them and when calling it took 30 calls in one day before someone would answer the phone but when i went into the office the lady was talking on her cell phone. It has been 3 weeks since we’ve done the application and payed them our money and we haven’t had any update on the status update of our application.
