Im living in the prayers id prayed several years ago,God placed me here for probably more reasons than I know ..the apartments are very nice , my only negative opinion is ,too many trouble makers who gossip and who are too nosy,and my only personal issue as far as my apartment and near me ,is the little old lady next to me, bless her heart she shouldn't be living alone,she's not capable of being safe alone,she's fell so many times,she's unable to keep house which has lead to a couple issues for me living next to her ,I just ... read more

The facility is very clean. The site manager is very nice and professional. The community is quiet and friendly. The maintenance is good at their job. So glad we chose this area to live. We love all the things that our apartment came with. The laundry room access is a big plus. We would definitely recommend to family and friends.

The Manager is a very polite and professional person, the entire property is a very beautifully kept neighborhood. It's another wonderful location for families in Laurel County.

I've lived there going on 2 years, the first year was ok, now we're halfway thru the year, the air conditioning has been messed up and not working for nearly 3 months now. They can't tell me when it will be fixed, just that when the people show up to fix it, that's when it will be fixed. This is a miserably hot summer. They supplied us with one window unit for our bedroom and the rest of the apartment is miserably hot day and night. Makes it hard to clean or cook or do laundry.
