Do not buy a Holt Home! They cut corners and build houses not up to code to save costs at the expense of the homeowners and guaranteed you will be paying thousands of dollars down the line for repairs. They offer a 10 year structural defect warranty but do not honor this. My home, along with many others in the neighborhood, suffered extensive water damage due to poor building quality. I purchased a home from holt in April. I have had contaminated water since May. I have struggled nearly daily to get Holt to honor their warranty and find the solution to the problem. It has been months with no honest movement forward. The only solutions currently proposed by Holt are admittedly (by Keaton Graser) pointless and Shannon was very quick to throw his hands up and say they will fix nothing instead of make pointless repairs. I have lived here for 40 years. These two huge developments have changed our lives. Also driven up our water rates, electricity and property taxes at a time when we could use a few more dollars in our pockets.
Wonderful group of people who are very informative and knowledgeable on home buyers information. With many options and upgrades to chose from that will keep you within budget. Looking forward to seeing the upcoming developments.
