Dr May was amazing. Very very knowledgeable and explained in detail option and potential outcomes. Made referrals to outside providers and requested urgent attention for my case. Fully trust her analysis and recommendations. Her staff was outstanding as well. Definitely recommend.
The first time of getting my appointment was a nightmare. The staff is gaming management concerns from my standpoints. No questions on Drs. Professional. Anyhow, surgery completed with red eye symptoms that dropping eye drops finally get red eye clear yet vision still needs recovery effects. Second and third time appointment are thankful for medical assistant stuffs with Dr. Burke that can understand a foreign speaker like me and my conditions. Turns out good. Thank you nurse. Dr. Amy Hong is a great Physician. She is providing care to control my eye pressure. Her experience and her staff members are remarkable, sometimes the appointments take extra time since she ensures the proper care and follow-up are done correctly.
