Once you leave, you can't ever get in touch with this location again via phone or electronically, unless is to set up another appointment or show up in person. Very inconvenient. I loved my doctor and attention on the day of my exam was good, but I've needed to get in touch with them to ask other questions or other issues besides making an appointment. I had eye surgery and they put the wrong implant. Then I had called them several times to get the office. I never got my call returned except the day of the appointment after I texted them on poor service. The doctors are very good but the office staff continuously give me very poor service. Office manager is the worst. Please read my text to office. If they don't agree with my text why don't they respond my text. They left a message in my answering service when I arrived there. Key-Whitman team and staff provided excellent service. They were extremely knowledgeable, professional and helpful. Dr. Mingi Choi is awesome.

Dr May was amazing. Very very knowledgeable and explained in detail option and potential outcomes. Made referrals to outside providers and requested urgent attention for my case. Fully trust her analysis and recommendations. Her staff was outstanding as well. Definitely recommend.
