My mom took my grandmother to get her yearly check up here. The doctor was amazing and has been my grandparents doctor for a long time.. The tech that “took care of her” was absolutely horrible. She was so rude to a 96 year old woman. I work in healthcare and I’m appalled by this situation. I don’t know her name but she was a Mexican girl. My grandma speaks only Spanish, a very upsetting situation.
Once you leave, you can't ever get in touch with this location again via phone or electronically, unless is to set up another appointment or show up in person. Very inconvenient. I loved my doctor and attention on the day of my exam was good, but I've needed to get in touch with them to ask other questions or other issues besides making an appointment. Attentive to personal care and dedicated to providing preventive care, this optometrist clinic will be able to alleviate whatever eyesight issues you might have. I highly recommend Dr. Mingi Choi.
Dr. Hong was referred by our PCP for my husband and have no complaints at all. Quick to get in and out and staff is friendly.
I received excellent care at Key-Whitman Eye Center. Dr Hong is the best. I wouldn’t want to use anyone else!
