The registration process is awful. I tried completing it for a week but the website/app kept freezing at the final stage. It finally worked 5 minutes after my scheduled appointment, but then I had to take more time to answer questions that the Dr ended up asking me anyway. I was ready to give up on it - I was so frustrated. Your website is also extremely difficult - cumbersome to navigate.
