Honestly, I picked this firm because their last name matches my last name. No relation at all - I just thought it was a cool coincidence. So here is my review: The interaction with the first person who set up the appointment was excellent. Very kind and helpful. The appointment itself was incredible. Jasmin went out of her way to answer my legal question and put me on the right path. All of this at no charge. Impressive. If I need any legal help at all I am using this firm.

I went in for a free in-person consultation and left honestly shocked at how unhelpful and unprofessional it was. I didn’t meet with an attorney—I met with Robyn, who could not give a straight answer to anything. Almost every response was “I don’t know, the lawyers handle that,” which makes zero sense when she’s the one doing consultations. Just getting started to open a case for probate. I'm at the beginning stages and we're moving forward. So far I have been confident with this law firm. Karl helped me get started and explained how the process can go. In any case, it can be smooth or a bit rough. But, I remain confident with this team. I would also give a complete review once we get to the final stages of my case. And wanted to add....the cost to get things going has been fair.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. Do yourself a favor and search reviews by lowest stars and it will give you an idea of what firm you are dealing with. I contracted them for services and they make you sign up for payment services that will automatically deduct money straight from your bank account. They drastically over charge you, they have charged me over double our agreed upon fee and weren't even half way done with the work I hired them for. Avoid them at all costs.
