Bryan Fagan law firm is a Titanic. A well-marketed and flashy, large, safe-looking, sinking vessel. Don't get on the boat or you will end up having to jump ship like me after wasting an outrageous amount of money. This law firm is my 3rd attorney. The staff is wonderful and helpful especially Laura Piatt. She’s very passionate and knowledgeable about her job. She took the time to explain the process of my case. She didn’t care how many times I called she was patient when answering my questions and provide information (tools) to help me along the way. I had a very disappointing experience with a previous law firm and would not recommend attorney Cynthia Maldanado. In my opinion, there were serious concerns about professionalism and follow-through. It’s also worth noting that she has moved between multiple firms, which raised red flags for me. If you’re considering legal representation, I recommend doing thorough research before proceeding.
Canceled services in April and my wife attorney contacted them to stop with the divorce and they continue to bill me even to this day without providing me legal representation. Be very careful when choosing a firm this has all cost me about $5000 so far and there still billing me for another $1360.00 and I only had 2 phone calls with my lawyer maybe totaling 1hour tops.
