Top notch attorney, I was facing prison time and Mr Smolensky negotiated a plea deal to avoid 6.5 years in NJ State Prison(non violent weapons offense). I would recommend him to defend anyone that has found themselves in a legal bind. Mr. Smolensky is a great communicator in the court room and outside. Amazing work done! Mike is easy to talk to and communicate with, he’s very good at convincing and assuring everything will remain okay. From the thought of the worst; he made sure to make everything better and not a lot was took away from me. Patience is key. I was afraid of not being able to get my license until the time came and I still have that privilege. He was able to take away big payments owed, emerged into smaller ones.
