Top notch attorney, I was facing prison time and Mr Smolensky negotiated a plea deal to avoid 6.5 years in NJ State Prison(non violent weapons offense). Amazing work done! Mike is easy to talk to and communicate with, he’s very good at convincing and assuring everything will remain okay. From the thought of the worst; he made sure to make everything better and not a lot was took away from me. Patience is key. I was afraid of not being able to get my license until the time came and I still have that privilege. He was able to take away big payments owed, emerged into smaller ones. Very grateful, best persona I could ask help for. Definitely recommend for any future problems.
Couldn't say a single negative thing. Mr. Smolensky was empathetic and kind to me. I had a minor issue that he resolved better than I could have hoped at a fair rate. While I hope I never need his services again I would confidently reach back out if I needed him.
