RecommendedI just want to say I was in pain when I came into the office of Perry Ellis and was assign to, Mr Degive and his assistant Mrs Williams were very knowledgeable and after seeing my records and the need to see another doctor because I was not getting better and I am grateful for that I had to have another surgery on the same area , but now my quality of life is back the little things we take for granted to be able to do those things is a blessing thanks to Peachtree Orthopedic and Mr Degive. These ppl are crooks.. they leaving people homeless after they advised them to quit their job and holding their settlements! The secretary, Margaret, hangs up in clients faces and you will never hear from the lawyer themselves. Anybody that's been a victim of these people inbox me info or call your state bar! mr. Ellis has conducted himself in a non professional way towards us. Would tell me that he doesn't work for me an was extremely sarcastic in his remarks towards my emails. yesterday he even went so far as to start calling me names an cussing at me. he held my check for a few days not telling me he had it an just now mailed it after telling us that they had to look for it. Not sure why Mr Fortner is griping. We got him over $10,000 in his pocket AFTER attorney fees, for him missing all of 6 weeks of work for an eye injury that may have actually been a bacterial infection. Some people you just can not please.
