Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the representation I received. My case was settled, but throughout the process I often felt like I had to advocate for myself. Communication was my biggest issue. I had to repeatedly ask questions to understand what was happening with my case, how the settlement was being valued, and what my attorney actually recommended.
