Terrible experience with this company! My grass has looked awful over the last few years, and I have been a customer for over 13 years. My grass has looked worse each year for the previous three years, as my neighbor's grass has looked great. When I tried to cancel, I got the “we will do anything to keep your business” call center. James was very thorough and performed his job really well. James was very helpful and gave me a few key points to improve a spot in my yard that I am trying to reseed. Great job!
Tom was easy to talk to and just as excited as I was to help with the yard! Educated me on best practices for the yard and approved some of my recently done reseeding and top soil work! Excited to see him again and continue the progress with him!
Dylon was professional, and friendly, informed me of the scheduled service( fertilization). I let him know that the lawn has growing mushrooms and weeds in some areas. He could not address the problems, to call the office, inform them, to resolve the issues.
