This was our experience using Lawyers Title for the recent sale of our home- We found out that the lender we had when we paid our home off 9 years ago did not properly sign off ,or there was a problem in recording. We dealt with Stefanie and Charlotte on this and after searching our records for statements and loan numbers snd submitting that info to Lawyers Title the issue was unresolved, with a week and a half till closing.
