Layton gardens is a nice place to live very convenient near lots of stores and pharmacy’s . Management and Staff are very welcoming they do an awesome job in maintaining the property.
Drug dealers around here all day and night. Tenants are breaking into cars and managers say there's nothing we can do. We are supposed to have security but never see them. Property is very dirty inside and out. We have asked for cameras but have been told no by managers in the downtown office.
Infested with bed bugs. They will not handle the situation correctly. All three units have had bed bugs. Someone is sitting in their apartment in a wheelchair with bed bugs crawling on them right now. Management is very rude and does not communicate well. Run like a dictatorship. Refrigerator broke and had to wait 2 months for a new one. I would not send my loved one here.
Worst apartment known to man should be shut down by the city wish could give no stars. The manager is a crazy ass who harassed my house cleaner. She knocked on our door at 1130pm. Then when we confronted them about the cockroaches they made are life a living hell. They didn't get rid of them and they don't care. They decided to just add diposits because the people who live here are poor so they can't fight it. Well we did and they let us out of the lease thank god. Goodbye you cockroach infested hell whole.
These are the ghetto apartments in the area. They do have a pool though, but like I said these apartments smell like feet. Every building in that complex smells like feet.
