I was having a problem with a banker at another branch, so I decided to give it a try at this location. I was fortunate enough to be greeted by Joshua as soon as I entered. Long story short, he totally put my mind at ease! His knowledge, professionalism, and EXCELLENT customer service was right on time. Great place to Bank. Been with LBS since I was a HS student at LB Wilson back, well, a long time ago, at least 30 years. Service has always been great and helpful, but recently, the phone waiting time is getting really long. Used to get someone in a few minutes. Yesterday was on hold for over 10 minutes, had to hang up. so far today, been now waiting just over 5 minutes. Let's not lose that great service standard.
We were greeted with pleasant smile and warm welcome our rep Joshua H. was efficient, informative and helpful with getting our auto loan sorted and handled. We appreciated his friendly but professional approach.
