From the moment you walk in, the receptionists greet you with warm smiles and make you feel right at home — they truly set the tone for a relaxed, comfortable experience. I called to try and get info for an appointment. The lady told me they do not take insurance for 1rst visit and its over $500 for cleaning depends on scaling but she could not give me a solid idea or range of price. What the heck is this? Every single place i called otherwise i had a price . $240 upwards for clean n exam. I am apalled.
Confirmed over the phone (many times) for my appointment at 1pm only to be told it was for 10am on the day of the appointment... had to pay a penalty fee... that's extortion. I have been a regular paying client (no insurance paperwork or hassle)... be careful. I will be changing dentist.
They left part of a tooth stuck in my mother's gum. They were rude to my father because he had gum disease. My personal experience is the staff was rude and my child was told they to go elsewhere because he was moving around because he was 5 and scared of the dentist (understandable. Hes a child.) I have never heard of anyone having a positive experience here. AVOID!
I am so incredibly impressed with the whole team!! I've been going there for years, but today I was in dire need, and they worked as fantastic team to help me!!! I'm very grateful!
