From the moment you walk in, the receptionists greet you with warm smiles and make you feel right at home — they truly set the tone for a relaxed, comfortable experience. They left part of a tooth stuck in my mother's gum. They were rude to my father because he had gum disease. My personal experience is the staff was rude and my child was told they to go elsewhere because he was moving around because he was 5 and scared of the dentist (understandable. Hes a child.) I have never heard of anyone having a positive experience here. AVOID!
I am so incredibly impressed with the whole team!! I've been going there for years, but today I was in dire need, and they worked as fantastic team to help me!!! I'm very grateful!
The dentist and her dental assistants that I have seen for many years are really nice and professional. Sadly I had a bad experience with the administrative team, so I had to change dentist. I was falsely accused sadly for incidents that I know nothing about. I wasn't even in contact with them at one point. It's sad because I really liked my dentist and her assistants. This place is bad, the structure is old and the staff don’t care much about the service. They are open Saturday (only good reason to give one star) . . .
