I decided to replace a small walk-in shower in a secondary bathroom and contacted Leaf Home Safety Solutions for a quote. The sales rep and the regional manager, who was riding shotgun that day, spent a lot of time telling me that they were the biggest and best and how the materials they used were superior to everyone else. Do not purchase this equipment. Their customer service sucks. When they wanted to sell the product they came after hours and responded quickly to my calls. Now they are fully paid they don't care. She is sleeping on sofa, hasn't been able to shower for 4 days. I called multiple times and left multiple messages, but no response. This is not acceptable. We purchase this product... read more

I received A+ service today! I had the pleasure of having Kashaun come in to do a consultation (estimate) for a shower renovation. He was professional, personable, and very knowledgeable. He made sure I understood all the details of the consultation and explained the process thoroughly. I will say that working in Customer Service industry, I have high standards, and Kashaun knocked it out of the park! 😃

I was in search of a company to install a new walk in shower for my parents who are getting up in age. We were a little nervous at the beginning of the search for which company to choose. Our sales representative Kashaun Cooper alleviated the nerves immediately. He came out on time and was very knowledgeable as well as professional. He was able to make us very comfortable while demonstrating a variety of selections. The Shower is allowing my parents to age more conveniently in their own home. Changing from the tub to a walk-... read more
