I originally scheduled an appointment for measurements to install a chair lift for our stairs and the day of appt they cancelled and wanted to reschedule. I had already taken off work to meet their schedule time at that point. I rescheduled and met with a very friendly Regional Manager Alesha, she was very professional and we set up an install date with who I assumed was the Install Manager. The day before install I get a call and text saying they need to reschedule due to inventory issues. I let my frustrations be known to ... read more

I wished my Dad would have told me he was using this company before using them first. I would have done my research. Was a BIG MISTAKE. They charge you a ton of money not to get the job done correctly. After they did the bathroom, there was no cold water, only hot water. They send someone back just to tear down the wall and not fix the problem. It stays warm all the way on the cold side. Instead of sending someone competent, they send someone else and he tries to say that it's something wrong with our pipes when there was N... read more

Recently I had a walk in shower tub installed for my wife who has suffered some health issues. Leaf Home Safety Solutions were the contractors. The contract was drafted in the middle of July. This company is spamming the hell out of us. I never signed up I rent, no reason for their services. One operator was rude and accused me of signing up. I've received more calls all from different numbers in the last two days. Every time they say, "We are taking you off the list now." 10 min later, the calls start again. ***Comment Below Response: I've done this every single time you guys have called. I gave up. ***THEY WON'T STOP CALLING. I will be turning you in to the BBB for harassment. I’ve asked more times than I rem... read more

We had problems in the beginning with work being completed like with what the contract had said . We contacted Leaf and they came back and completed the shower as the contract had said. We are satified with the completion of work. We would of like our sales person to have called us and talk to us instead of just testing us.. All and all we were satified with the job of taking tub out and installing a shower.
