Great salesman, well spoken and knowledgeable. Installation process was messy. Installers had to be called back due to side walls not properly attached to wall. Then after they left we had silicone scattered throughout shower, on walls and even on our mirror. Also yikes on top of shower were uneven.

I never write reviews for anything but the experience my family had with this company was so frustrating that I needed to write one. My family had a chair lift installed for my grandmother, she is 89 and somewhere in the 4 ft range. When installed we had found out that the chair lift does not accommodate anyone under 5 ft, meaning if you are short then you have to find a way to climb into the chair because it is not getting any further to the floor. The stair lifts were installed on November 26. I had to tell the installer that he put the bottom lift on the wrong side, it was blocking the garage door. He also had to adjust where the top lift dropped me off. He had it on the 1st stair from the top, I needed it at the top. I can't climb stairs, I had a stroke. Less than a week from having the tub installed, there is a major leak in the plumbing which is causing the ceiling in the room below to crack and bubble up and water is even going through that floor all the way to the basement. I currently have the water shut off to my one bathroom house. Very dissatisfied. Currently waiting on a solution from the company.

If you are dependent on a chair lift - think twice before a purchase from Leaf Home Safety Solutions. Our, two month old, Leaf home safety solutions lift died 6 ft up the stairs on the evening after Christmas (12-26-24) - called and had to leave a message as the Service center is only open M-F 8 to 5:30. Got a call back the next morning that promised a speedy call to schedule repair. No call until Monday.
