My family recently had Leaf HSS (in the suburbs of Nashville, TN) convert a standard tub and shower into a walk-in safety shower. The salesman and work crew were extremely professional, polite and helpful throughout this process. The price was competitive, all the parts came in sooner than their estimate, and the finished result is both attractive and functional! We highly recommend this company, especially if you can have Austin Kriete and his team do the work.
We had a very hard time getting our older shower remodeled into the safely walk in shower. The contractor came to install and “found a problem” after he tore the old shower out and installed the base. They suggested that we call a plumber. We did and it cost $430 that we feel we shouldn’t have had to pay. We understood that Leaf was coming in and doing the remodeling work themselves! Steve came by the house yesterday and walked us through everything. I felt so comfortable with him, he broke everything down, price, experience and expectation. I would 100 % say if you are looking for a bathroom remodel to talk with Leaf Home Bath. They will help you with understanding the project and didn't pressure use into using them.
In Sept we ordered a stair lift, the salesman was out within two hours, that night we signed a contract and paid in full. He said we should have the lift beginning of November, but gave us a date of December. The beginning of November I start calling and for a week straight got nothing but the run around, nobody could answer my questions, I was told repeatedly I’d get a call back and never did. Just shook hands with Steeve Nabi from Nashville office for new shower! Husband & I were so glad to have gotten Steve! Super sweet, honest, major knowledgeable about every inch of company & products. Never tried to "oversell", but took all our needs into consideration before showing us what they could do. He answered every question we had.Worst part is now waiting for our great new bath!
