Had to have them come back to increase the water pressure to my freezer for the ice maker. Worked with them to add a pressure tank and the ice machine works great. Thanks to Jack and Will for working with me to resolve this issue. Will especially Had great communications and made sure the issue got resolved

Had a great sales experience. Eric was great! He was friendly and funny as well as patient. He answered all our questions and got us a great deal. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone considering a water softener/filter as they’re very honest about what you actually need and don’t try to upsell you things you don’t need.
Just no. Their whole sales technique and "trying to figure out" the customer by generalization of the situation and even personal information is incredibly creepy and made me uncomfortable. That dude gave me very creepy vibes. Good thing he could read body language when I got annoyed and crossed my arms. Never again.
Unfortunately that was a big mistake dealing with Leaf Water Solutions. Let me explain why. When I signed contract I was told that water filters I can purchase for $10 each and install by myself. Unfortunately for me that was a lie. I called Friday to Leaf Home and they told me that the only way to replace water filters I need to order maintenance service from them only.
