Product has been great through 9 months but customer service is non existent. We are moving so I called two weeks out from our move that we need our system to be uninstalled from our current home and reinstalled at our new address. l have called 3 times over the course of 8 days. Each time I am told they will let someone from their installation team know and I will be contacted in a day or two. No contact and I move tomorrow. Our technician was great—very knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. Unfortunately, our experience changed when he called his manager to see if they could offer us a better deal. While discussing a whole-house filtration system that would cost around $11,000, we explained that such a large investment required some time for us to think it over. Adrian was great. He let me know exactly what he was doing and the state of my equipment. He removed his shoes before entering the house and let me know how long it would take for the kitchen tank to fill. In prior years...Before he showed up... the service wasn't what I expected. Now he's restored my trust with the company.
Cesar was great for my yearly maintenance and filter replacement. He was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. He is a great representative for your company.
Ceaser came out to check on the leakage that we felt in our water system but couldn’t identify. He came, along with his buddy, another Ceaser and immediately started working on it. Leakage was found, fixed and new replacement added in no time! Thorough professionals both of them and so humble that they shared few tips and hacks to keep things to the point. Highly recommend!
