Mike Drysdale was patient with explaining process and products. Provided pricing with options. Application process was incredibly simple and was able to have installed next morning. Would have been same day but my schedule conflicted. My expected monthly payment will be less than what I spend per month on bottled water for 5 people and 3 dogs. Recently I had a Leaf Home Water Filtration, Its workingreverse osmosis system installed in my kitchen. Victor Brown, who works as an independent contractor, installed my system. He was most professional, totally knowledgeable with the install, and a very pleasant gentleman. He explained the most pertinent issues of filling and preparing the tank for use. Our salesman Johnnie was great, took time to explain everything and didn’t make us feel pressured into buying a system that same day. Victor, our installer was great too and took time explaining how the system works. Before installing he showed me several options of where to place the equipment to make sure it’s where I wanted it.
