I cannot say enough good things about the company, its employees and product… They came out and evaluated the water and gave my options for a solution. I decided which was the best fit and they had it installed two days later. Just minutes after installation was completed the water was great throughly the whole house… In the mist of the chaos of just moving in this was a very easygoing process with outstanding results…
John is a Great guy and super patient, explained everything while putting up with all the story telling behind all the issues our house has had with water. Was as friendly and patient as you can ask. I'd definitely invite him for BBQ. Added note: The installer that came in after the review initially by the name of Justin was a really great guy again. He took the time to answer all of our questions and reiterate on how to handle maintaining the new system and was just all around. Very accommodating! He's invited too!
My experience with Scott McGrath Was pleasant he was very professional knowledgeable and helpful. He explained everything step-by-step and showed me the nasty water that was coming out of my faucet even my toilet so I really appreciate him and I hope you get Leaf Home Water Solutions and if you do ask for Scott McGrath he’s the best!
!!!!!!BUYER BEWARE!!! Do your research before buying a system from Leafwater. !!!! ****When you buy a Leaf water Solution water filtration system they do not tell you that EVERY year "they" - leafwater- has to service the unit and can charge what every they want to charge. It is not in the contract you sign but I was told its in the service manual of the machine, inwhich the buyer can not service unit them self.
