Our sales rep - Randy Hylarides was very knowledable, Friendly, personable, not pushy, and took his time to explain about the Leaf Home water system. We purchased this system and they had someone come out the next day for the installation. It was installed by James Thompson. I got a home test kit because my water was bothering my stomach. I have well water. The water test showed really hard water (to be expected] and it showed chromium. Now, this test doesn't say what kind of chromium. There's a natural one and a chemically produced one. I called LeafHome and they came out the following day to test it.
