Tim arrived on time and was courteous. He crawled under the house to check the water pressure and tank. He tested the water and showed us the results. Tim was very knowledgeable about what we needed to do to have safe, clean water.

Tim came out to my house one evening after I got off work for a consult on a water softener: I was tired I told him what I wanted he gave me a little bit of information about his company and how it started, then he was testing water and shaking on a deal! Chris came last week and walked me through the system. He took his time explaining what would work best for me. Today Daniel and Patrick showed up with a positive “can do” attitude; they installed the UV system and answered all my questions. They even put the salt in my tank.
