Patrice came for annual inspection. She contacted me prior to her appointment time to advise her arrival time which was greatly appreciated! Upon arrival, she was in uniform, beautiful smile as she greeted and introduced herself! She was very thorough! Answered all my questions! If you live in the Houston area, I strongly recommend avoiding Leaf Water Solutions. We paid in full for their system and waited three months for the under-the-sink installation, only to be told it was on backorder. We were also assured that a water line could be run to our refrigerator in the garage, but the installer, who explained he is not a plumber, did not complete this task. I had received quotes and pricing for a whole water system. I didn't need drinking water as my fridge has filters and I use that water everyday. I was looking and comfortable with around 3k or a bit more. I know there's a large profit margin for the company because for a short time 20 years ago I worked for Rainsoft. This was my 1st actual appointment and Heidi was very nice. She showed where installation would be and that there would be extra costs of $580 added in for materials because line had to run to road. I will start by saying I love the system. What I didn’t love was the fact that we were lied to about the financing. We were told that Leaf Filter was offering 5 years no interest. I didn’t get approved for that, but according to the salesman I could get 4 years no interest. We agreed to that with a little higher monthly payment. I get my first bill and there has been interest applied. The contract that I was given did not have anything but the total cost of the system. Patty just gave us the best presentation on our water status ever. Leaf Home Water Solutions are by far the best and we are definitely going to get one today. Thank you for coming out and helping us get safer water. We just bought your system. Torian showed up on time at our home to install our new Leaf Home Water Solutions water filter.
