My experience from start to finish was AMAZING. My Sales guy was so informative and easy to work with making this whole decision so simple. But then came the installer LUIS who knocked it out of the park! We ran into some hurdles that he calmly worked through to find solutions. Also, the manager of the plumbing company came out to ensure that the installation was perfect. All around a wonderful company to go business with. Very happy customer.
I really wanted to have a positive experience with Leaf Home Water Solutions, but unfortunately, that was not the case. The sales representative who came to our home was excellent. He was professional, knowledgeable, and did a fantastic job explaining the product. We were told the installation would take approximately three hours and that we’d have a professionally installed whole-home water filtration system that would significantly improve our water quality. I cannot say enough good things about my salesman Joe. He explained everything throughly & gave me the best deal possible to fit my budget. Excellent! Very knowledgeable. Rob, the installer was a perfectionist. He came out the next day & worked to make sure everything was set correctly, explained how to use the system & how to easily get the salt into the tank. I’m very happy with my new system and the way LeafHome operates.
The salesman was very knowledgeable. He listened to my needs and concerns. He was very patient with me as I asked many questions. He explained the entire process and hand picked an installer to do the best job for my type of house. If you live in the Houston area, I strongly recommend avoiding Leaf Water Solutions. We paid in full for their system and waited three months for the under-the-sink installation, only to be told it was on backorder. We were also assured that a water line could be run to our refrigerator in the garage, but the installer, who explained he is not a plumber, did not complete this task.
