The worst customer service! They said that they supposedly fired every one in the office in Altamonte office so it is allna mess. I have been waiting for a resolution since October 2025. They keep telling me the same thing, that the system is down. The pictures below are my toilet, shower, and white clothes which have all turned yellow. I called and they said a manager will call but I never got a call. This is the 2nd time with the issue. I love this home water filtration system. We've had it for a couple of years now and have had no troubles. I drink the reverse osmosis drinking water everyday and it's awesome. No more wasteful plastic bottles. The annual maintenance service is a touch expensive ($375 per year) but the techs have been great and it means I don't have to do a darn thing with it except add salt.
